PROCALCITONIN

Testing
The B·R·A·H·M·S PCT LIA assay has been cleared by the FDA for the early diagnosis of patients at risk for progression to severe sepsis.

HRL offers Procalcitonin (PCT) testing for research purposes. The clinical utility in select patient populations has already been identified and continued studies to discover the optimal utilization of this marker as it relates to patient management is foreseen. The availability of this FDA-cleared PCT
assay will encourage further international
clinical-scientific studies. Click here to view the News and Upcoming Events page.
