Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs Manager
Terry McCartney, FIBMS, MLT, ART
Terry joined us as a consultant to develop the CAP requirements and
to develop new business opportunities. He joined the company in 1998 and is now
our Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs Manager. Laboratory Services Manager
Joanne McGrath, MLT
Joanne joined the company in 1995 having previously worked
in Transfusion Medicine and Coagulation. Joanne manages the day to day
laboratory activities and is involved in the strategic planning for the
laboratory. She is involved in research projects and has presented
at various local and international meetings.
Administrative Assistant
Karen Sylvester
Karen manages the office and is responsible
for the purchasing, billing and accounts payable. Karen also
maintains our archive system. Karen joined HRL in 2001.
Information Technology
Gaspare Mattina, B. Eng
Gaspare obtained his Bachelor of Engineering degree in 1991. He joined
us in 2002 and heads our information technology systems. Gaspare is responsible
for the development of all databases and freezer inventory control.
